Australia: For shipping of all our orders we Australia Post. You have the option to add Insurance or upgrade to Express. Shipping fee is a flat rate per order so order up!

• Regular Post: $5.50 flat rate Australia wide (1-5 business days)
• Regular Post Insured: $7.50 flat rate Australia wide (1-5 business days)
• Express Post: $14.9 flat rate Australia wide (1-2 business days)

International (outside of Australia): For shipping of all our orders we Australia Post. You have the option to register your parcel for peace of mind. Shipping fee is calculated per item in your order.

• International Airmail: $AUD 17.00 per item (3-10 business days)
• Registered International Airmail: $AUD 22.00 per item (3-10 business days)

All postage charges are displayed at checkout prior to payment. No surprises!

Order processing takes 1-3 business days from receipt of full payment. Please then allow 2-5 days for delivery (2-15 days for international orders). If, after 5 days (15 days for international) your order has not arrived, please contact us and we will look into it immediately.

Goods are legally the buyer’s responsibility once they have been dispatched. Therefore we offer and recommend Postage Insurance or Registered Post on all orders to protect against damage in transit.
