Our first commitment is to product quality. You can be assured that all of our products meet and often exceed Australian manufacturing standards.

Our second commitment is to great prices. We manufacture many of the garments ourselves which gives us much greater control over the end price and also lowers our bottom line. Therefore we are able to pass on these savings to you. We also utilise our excellent supplier relationships to purchase fabric and accessories at discount prices. Products that we don’t manufacture ourselves are purchased as stock liquidations and discontinued department store lines. These purchasing opportunities are only know to those with industry experience and well developed contact networks like us. We then pass on these savings to you!

Our third commitment is to online purchasing security. Your credit card details are protected by the industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption. The small padlock icon in the bottom right hand corner of your browser is your signal that the encryption is active.

We accept visa or mastercard. However if you are not comfortable submitting your credit card details you can also pay by EFT, PayPal or Money Order.

Our fourth commitment is to a safe delivery. Our parcels are sent by Australia post and you also have the option to upgrade to express post. Postage prices are displayed during your online checkout so you know exactly what you’re paying and for what. For more information refer to our shipping & returns section.
